Ventress Hall Care Home
Accepting that I needed nursing care was not easy. I felt alone, images of stark rooms and stern matrons passed before my eyes. As we pulled up to Ventress Hall, I realised that I couldn't have been more wrong. The reception was vibrant with friendly faces. Staff were preparing to take a number of residents for a walk in the park opposite. Things were looking up.Ventress Hall had a wonderful ambiance; friendly, warm, and relaxed. My concerns were melting away, I felt safe and comfortable. As I was accompanied into one of the many open lounges I paused to listen to the family of staff and residents laughing and chatting. It was then that I realised that Ventress Hall was so much more than a Home that could fulfil my increasing needs; it was a place where I could live my life to the full. I was excited; this will make a truly exceptional home
