We listened to client's needs and all members of the Supreme team then devised programmes and workshops that educate staff and bring them closer to achieving personal goals whilst driving our strategy for development forward. In addition to basic skills training and induction programmes we provide management skills development, NVQ's and distance learning courses as diverse as Accounting, Catering & Hospitality and Care and work with Teesside University to offer module courses for qualified nurses.Many people assume that opportunities within a Care environment are limited. This is a myth. The industry is extremely progressive and there are a wide variety of careers available from administration through to grounds maintenance. A lot of hard work and dedication is involved but the outcome is very rewarding.
